BJF-IT Glass Tube Laser Separator, which integrates laser, precision machinery and computer technologies, is an intelligent detecting and controlling equipment designed for detection and multi-grade separation of glass tubes made by the manufacturers of energy-saving lamps and test tubes. The equipment may also be used for detection and selection of outer diameter and wall thickness. It is an intelligent detecting device which incorporates laser, precision machinery and computer technologies and is designed to detect and multi-grade separate the diameter of glass tubes for the energy-saving lamp manufacturers. It consists of display control host, laser scanner, laser wall thickness detector, feeding hopper, feeding mechanism, rotary detecting mechanism, conveyor rail, separating mechanism, receiving hopper, and support frame, etc. The glass tubes put in the feeding hopper are delivered through the feeding mechanism to the rotary detecting mechanism, which finishes one-circle overall detection of the glass tube wall thickness. Then the tubes automatically go through the conveyor rail and one by one pass the laser scanner, where an average of diameter at the middle part of the glass tube is obtained after high-speed scanning by the laser beam and real-time sampling by the computer. With consideration to the measured results of outer diameter and wall thickness and the gradation requirements, the equipment separates the glass tubes into the respective receiving hoppers.
