Laser Triangle Shift Measuring System is developed on the basis of Optical Triangulation Principle and applies to non-contact and high-precision fast detection of shift. It mainly consists of laser emission circuit, receiving circuit, Position Sensitive Detector (PSD) and signal processing circuit, CPU and peripheral control circuit, computer system, and detecting system, etc.
The laser emission circuit finishes collimation and focusing functions; the receiving circuit guarantees high-quality imaging; the PSD and signal processing circuit realizes photoelectric conversion and signal processing; the CPU and peripheral control circuit finishes collection, computation and processing of signal and performs the functions such as keyboard, display, and computer communication; the detecting system which runs within the computer system is used for collection, storage, further analysis and processing of data, and is also able to check and set the control parameters of the main controller, thus realizing computer monitoring during the detection process.
As a new laser detection technology, the equipment may be widely applied in detecting the geometric values related to shift, position, length, shape and so on owing to its advantages such as high detection precision, high detection frequency, wide detection range and non-contact detection, etc. We can provide multiple detection options for our customers.
